1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:
- Personalized Products: As these items are customized specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Corporate Gifting (Non-Customized Items): For non-personalized corporate gifts, you may return the items within 2 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement. Please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
2. Mandatory Video for Damaged or Defective Items:
- To process any claims for damaged or defective products, we require you to make an unboxing video at the time of receiving the package. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damaged or defective item.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your claim for replacement, as it serves as proof that the damage occurred before or during delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- The unboxing video and images showing the damage or defect (if applicable)

4. Inspection & Approval:
- After receiving your claim, we will inspect the video and the provided details. If approved, we will arrange for the return of the product or provide a replacement.
- For personalized products, we will remake the item with the same customization and ship it to you at no additional cost.
- If a return is necessary, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and returned to our facility. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the replacement status.
5. Processing Time:
- Replacements are processed within 7-10 business days from the time we approve the claim. Shipping times may vary based on location.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized and customized products (unless damaged or defective as per the policy above).
- Clearance or sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or replaced.
